 PUBLIC NOTICE

WEEDING OUT OF OLD RECORD OF STUDENTS

It is hereby notified to all the heads of affiliated schools/students/ general public that Central Board of Secondary Education, proposes to weed out old records like the List of Candidate (from 1992 to 1994) including private exam. forms, verification reports (up to September 2003), application forms for getting duplicate documents already issued to applicants (up to September 2001), registers for registration of requests for duplicate documents (up to September 2001).  Representations regarding corrections in the candidate’s name/father’s name/mother’s name and date of birth etc. can be made as per the procedure prescribed in the Examination Bye-laws of the Board.  The representation may be sent to the Deputy Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Todarmal Marg, Ajmer within three months from the date of publication of this notice.  No request shall be considered in future after expiry of stipulated time limit,.
