Note-The institutions affiliated with CBSE are requested to note the following with regards to TC/SLC and Letter Heads:
(i) The TC/SLC format and letter head should be printed with complete name and address of the school, CBSE affiliation no, School Code as provided by the concerned Regional Office after affiliation and phone no etc.
(ii) The format of TC/SLC should be same as provided in the examination bye Laws of CBSE (Pg No 57 & 58)
(iii) The variation in the format will not be accepted by the Board under any Circumstances.

As per weeding out rules - 1998 of CBSE, Registered Office, CBSE, Ajmer has weeded out old records of viz Marksheet, Gazettee & Counter Foil upto 1974. Therefore, duplicate documents upto 1974 cannot be issued.
